improbablybetterthanyou asked: Saw your stuff on r/wheatpaste... thought I'd show some love. :) I'm new to wheatpasting so I was wondering if you had any tips? Also, how did you get giant sized printouts of the man screaming?
Hmmm… I’m new to it all too, but I’ve found the it’s easiest to use a big broom for spreading the paste. I get my big prints at a copy place, just simple b&w prints on a 20lb paper. It isn’t expensive, I think each 3x6ft print costs me $18
Remeber, wheatpaste is temporary. You aren’t doing anything destructive, you can have a clean conscience. If anybody approaches you be polite and explain that what you are doing is a ‘temporary art installation’
